Warranty
CITY HOOPS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Warranty Coverage
City Hoops basketball systems are backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended basketball use.
This warranty includes damage caused by typical basketball play, including dunking and limited, reasonable hanging on the rim (as determined by City Hoops in its sole discretion). However, any excessive or abusive hanging that results in structural damage is not covered.*
This warranty excludes:
-
Damage caused by vandalism, misuse, or negligence.
-
Normal wear and tear, including fading, discoloration, rust, or corrosion due to weather or UV exposure. (Note: Our Galvanized Rust Defense coating is designed to help mitigate such issues, but does not eliminate them.)
Warranty Duration
This Limited Lifetime Warranty lasts for the useful life of the product, defined as the period during which the product retains its intended function under normal residential use.
Who Is Covered
This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable.
