Return & Refund Policy
1.1 Return Prior to Order Processing
A) City Hoops Inc. offers a full refund on any order that has not yet been packaged, processed or has left for delivery.*
*The interpretation of packaged, processed or left for delivery will be up to the sole discretion of City Hoops Inc.
1.2 Return Following Order Processing
B) For orders that have been packaged, processed or have left for delivery*, the below return policy applies:

C) City Hoops will accept returns of all product within 30 days of their original purchase date. All items must be returned in the original selling condition with original packaging, otherwise will be refused.
D) The customer will be responsible for the coordination and cost of any return shipping. City Hoops will not reimburse for this cost.
E) Once returns are received and accepted, a City Hoops store credit will be issued towards a future purchase. A City Hoops team member will notify you once this has been completed through email.
F) A 35% restocking charge will be applied to all returns received and accepted. This charge is used to cover the unpackaging and admin costs to process the return.

H) Customers are responsible for all shipping & restocking charges associated with an exchange.
